Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to cfas@isst-d.org or via fax to (888) 966-0310. A processing fee of $75 will be charged for cancellations received on or before February 14, 2025. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refund requests will not be accepted after February 14, 2025. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted at any time.
Grievance Policy
ISSTD is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformation with the APA and ASWB grievance procedures.
During the conference, staff and volunteer leaders will address any concerns that arise. Every effort will be made to address the concerns during the conference when possible. If staff and volunteer leaders are unable to address the attendees’s concerns, the complaints and grievances shall be presented in writing to ISSTD Headquarters at info@isst-d.org. These will be forwarded on for review by the Annual Conference Committee leadership and Board of Directors.
Social Workers: Should social workers have a specific grievance, these grievances will be addressed by D. Michael Coy, LICSW. In situations where the social worker would have a conflict of interest, then, Christine Forner, MSW, ISSTD Past President will review the grievance.
ISSTD strives to resolve grievances in a manner that is in the best interest of the participant. All complaints and grievances are reviewed within 5 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and emailed as directed above and will be responded to within 15 business days.

Awarding of Certificate of Credit
Continuing education credits are available for an additional fee for this event. To obtain continuing education credits, participants who have purchased credits must attend be in attendance for each session in full, sign in and out of every session using the conference app scanning system, and complete a post-event evaluation. Once these steps have been completed, participants will be asked to provide information for their certificate via the online evaluation system and will then be able to download their APA or ASWB certificate immediately. No certificates are awarded for ISSTD Certificate Program Credits. All evaluations must be completed by May 15, 2025 at which time the evaluation system will be closed and participants will not be able to receive credits. ISSTD Certificate Program Credits will be awarded in the ISSTD Center for Advanced Studies within three months of the close of the evaluation system.
Continuing medical education credits are available for an additional fee for this event. Credits must be purchased in advance or during the event no later than noon on Monday, March 17, 2025. To obtain continuing medical education credits, participants who have purchased credits must attend be in attendance for each session in full and sign in and out of every session using the conference app scanning system. Additional information on the process for claiming credits through our third-party CME provider, PeerPoint Medical Education within two weeks of the conclusion of the conference.
