Awarding of Certificate of Credit

Continuing medical education credits are available for an additional fee for this event. Credits must be purchased in advance or during the event no later than noon on Monday, March 17. To obtain continuing medical education credits, participants who have purchased credits must attend be in attendance for each session in full. Additional information on the process for claiming credits through our third-party CME provider, PeerPoint Medical Education, will be sent approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
